Savhera’s Talent Incubator unlocks latent talent through integrative apprenticeships that combine holistic development and vocational training with guaranteed job placement upon graduation.
Temporary Program. Lifetime Impact.
The Talent Incubator is a 12-24 month full-time program for survivors of trafficking who have been denied their basic human right to freedom and flourishing. The integrative apprenticeship uniquely combines stabilization, life skills, and job skills and guarantees a job upon graduation. It’s a temporary program with lifetime impact.
Theory of Change
Savhera’s P.I.E.S. Holistic Development Model animates the work of the Talent Incubator. The P.I.E.S. model asserts that human beings must have basic needs met across four dimensions of their lives: physical, intellectual, economic, and social-emotional. When these needs are met at the individual level, they ripple outward to families and communities. The P.I.E.S. Holistic Development Model is therefore a theory of change with impact at the personal, relational, and societal levels.
A Holistic Curriculum For Stabilization and Life Skills
The P.I.E.S. Holistic Development Model informs a comprehensive curriculum to support stabilization and life skills training. Each apprentice in the Talent Incubator is assessed at baseline and monitored throughout the integrative apprenticeship to measure progress and graduation readiness.
Transferable Job Skills + Guaranteed Job Placement
In addition to the P.I.E.S. Holistic Development curriculum, apprentices participate in a rigorous vocational training program in which they master transferable skills based on local job market needs. Graduation from the Talent Incubator requires passing a vocational skills test to ensure labor market readiness at which point apprentices are guaranteed job placement.
